Refund policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your item. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us via our Contact Page. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

For a faster exchange, we recommend returning the item and, once accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
